Petition

We set up an electronic petition at GoPetition.com, submiited to the Honourable Darren Chester, the Minister for Infrastructure and
Transport, and responsible for Airservices Australia. The petition asked him to direct Airservices Australia to:

• Revert to the previous flight path arrangements for planes arriving at Hobart airport
• Commence a proper public consultation process with residents affected by the standardized flight path approach.
• Develop an alternative route which balances the needs of all stakeholders, including residents

On 17 December 2017, Darren Chester was replaced as Minister by The Honourable Barnaby Joyce. We understand Minister Joyce is still considering the petition.
