The information session held by Airservices on 11 November was attended by over 100 local residents and business owners, despite the short notice provided. Unfortunately, the session was disorganised and no notes were taken by Airservices, with attendees asked to provide feedback on a paper form.

Airservices has announced that a 'drop-in' community consultation will take place on Saturday 11 November from 11am - 1pm at the Dunalley-Tasman Neighbourhood House. In addition to the short notice given, no proposals are being made available ahead of the meeting, and feedback provided will not be on the public record.

Airservices has advised complainants by email that they are commencing a "review of the changes to determine if there are any safe and feasible alternative options to reduce the impact on residents".
